It is our belief that is it wasn’t for Dane we wouldn’t be in the house we are in.
The sellers agent was less than enthusiastic about doing their job and Dane took it upon himself to pick up the slack. We encountered a realtor working with the buyers of our home that was slow on getting anything done that needed to be done to buy a home.
Waited on an inspection, waited on an appraisal and then they wanted to do things that were unusual. Dane stepped up and fought to get everything done in time for our closing. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were not overly inconvenienced by the other realtors complacent attitude. Dane Gottschalk made us feel like he was in our corner and treated us like we were family. It is obvious that this is more than a job to him.
